NanoVapor partnered with a Mobil Rail Car Cleaning company for the degassing of Rail cars.

Rail cars , with a standard size of 30,000 gallons, that were previously loaded with hydrocarbons, require degassing to 0% LEL , before tank cleaning and or before the next cargo load.

Traditional method of purging the cars with forced ventilation yields inconsistent results and can take up to three (3) to Four (4) hours per tank.

NanoVapor suppression safely degassed these tanks to the required 0% LEL in less than 30 minutes, using only  0.65 liters of Tank Safe.​
